Seriously, you've hit the nail on the old proverbial. all the above is valid, as well as bursting into tears at being shouted at by a RSM, and actually having to do what they are told WITHOUT QUESTION.

But spare a thought for the good kids who are mature and mentally strong enough to make good soldiers, who wants to go into combat these days knowing that they might face criminal charges just for pointing their guns at an enemy?

Alarms bells were sounded when the strength of the British army dwindled to 100,000 too little too late.
Perhaps if comrade Corbyn is elected at some point in the future, he might open up recruitment to ex IRA, ISIS, and PLO members.
Nothing like a bit of diversity to enrich our institutions.

Never take anything in the UK seriously, least of all advertising. It has to be funny because our natural respnse to orders, demands even suggestions is FUCK OFF. Our sense of irony and sarcasm is mostly lost outside these shores.

Manchester is a large conurbation in North West England. Once upon a time it was the largest cotton fabric manufacturing town in the world and was well known to many Americans (and Johnny Rebs) as the main buyer of America's cotton crop prior to the American Civil War.

I've been to Manchester several times and have yet to be impressed. Be careful around Salford Quays, it's full of BBC luvvies, most of whom are on good terms with Dorothy.
