Barbara Anne Constable was a one movie Australian actress. She had been knocking about as a 'dancer' for a few years before landing the lead part in the movie "Lady Terminator (AKA Nasty Hunter)" in 1989. She has given interviews in which she claims that she had been in a lot of television commercials in Australia and Hong Kong, and had also played the role of a dancer for a Chinese film that was shot in Shanghai. She also says that she was the Australian P*nthouse ‘November Pet of the Month’ when she was 19 in 1984 or 1985 (although I can find no record of this).

The Indonesian sploitation movie has become something of an underground screen classic i.e. its pants

in which 'The spirit of an ancient evil queen possesses the body of a young anthropological student, via a snake who then goes on a murderous rampage'.

The list you connected to was US P*nthouse, not Australian. Looking around, I think she may have been mistaken as to the month and year. To my eye she best matched December 1986's Belinda White.
