Joan Bamford

Joan Bamford was in three Doris Wishman nudist films in the early 1960s: Diary of a Nudist (1961), Blaze Starr Goes Nudist (1962), and Gentlemen Prefer Nature Girls (1963). She's the female lead in the last one. She modeled for Bunny Yeager in the early 60s and Ron Vogel as late as 1966. I was only aware of the Vogel images up until recently. There were more than five online a year or so ago but I didn't save them (I found them disappointing compared to how she looked in the movies) and the others are no longer online. I came across these Yeager photos yesterday and they're a lot more interesting since they were taken around the time she would've appeared in those nudist films. I imagine there are more of these somewhere out there.

Yeager's Topless Bikini Pageant (1962) - eBay descriptions: "a behind the scenes view that was to lead up to a topless model Bikini Pageant which occurred to coincide with an Artist's & Model's ball held at the famous Deauville Hotel in Miami Beach on April 14 and hosted by Hollywood legend Milton Berle. Bunny arranged to have this topless beauty pageant and also presented a lavish costumed Burlesque Ball, with a nod to space exploration and the extra-terrestrial to correspond with the event." Bamford is on the left in the first with Fran Stacy and Maria Stinger. In the second Bamford is #2, Stinger #3, Stacy #1, and Ginger Meadows #6. I don't know about the other three. In the third is the same three as the first. Stacy is helping Banford put on a blonde wig, the same one she appears to be wearing in the second image.
