Could some kind soul take a look at this small clip(12mb) and tell me what effect is happening? Her eyes look like the are catching up with themselves and it looks wrong. Thanks

I'm not sure what you mean. If its the first 2 secs it looks like an encoding failure. The rest looks normal to me

She's watching the camera, if that's what you mean, and the camera is moving.

When you're first looking at her, it appears almost as though its a first person view, looking straight down, as though the performer was holding his camera out and photographing her giving him the bj.

The camera then makes a funny move, off to the side -- and now we know that maybe its a cameraman doing this (?), so you can imagine that the girl is watching the camera execute this somewhat contorted move. It ain't Citizen Kaine, but it an unusual camera move and I think what's throwing you is that she's following it, and thus you're seeing something unusual.

It may be that he's handling the camera himself with a selfie-stick like contraption of some kind, notice you can see his right hand but not his left. If the guy shot it himself, its a neat one handed move, if it actually is a camera guy, its pretty awkward.

He'll be using a gimbal camera mount in his right hand, which stabilizes the picture and gets rid of shaky hands. When he transfers it to his left hand you can see the little wobble at about the 20-21 second mark - she's got her eyes closed and I don't think she realises it's moved until she opens them, when she looks around to find it.
