I've used NoScript for years and wouldn't go many places on the net without it. But it is a pain in the arse.

They really need a better method of determining which scripts are necessary and which you can forget about. And this has become even more important recently because so many sites are trying to run 15 to 20 scripts per page.

I sometimes just give up on a page if they have too many and I just don't feel like dealing with them.

I agree no script is pure guess work where the large corporate sites are concerned
Given their monitored their not really the problem

Its the average do it yourself IT newbie who sets up his own site who hasnt a clue about security who gets hacked and anyone entering his site gets a drive by freebie you need to avoid

One such site wrote it wasnt until a friend visited his site running no script that he became aware of embedded malicious script.

Most of the picture sites around will work fine with just the website address allowed
which holds the rest of the script good or bad at bay

Worst thing about no script is it isnt easily disabled
