The only fair way to determine that would be length and girth combined and would we assume the question is biggest limp dick or erect? One guy might have the biggest limp dick but when it goes erect some other guy inches him out

I just have to say as a content producer,
The wide camera lens is responsible for a lot of large looks, of course casting size is of a great benefit, bu too many people get hung up believing the size they see, but you must remember what Sir Laurence Olivier said, after he asked for the tear drops for an emotional scene, I do not need to believe it, The audience does.
Holmes on a good day may have been 9", he was clearly a deformed individual, notice the size of his hands,and torso that was extremely gaunt, if he really was as large as "Promoted", his hands were eight inches wide !
I met Seka, and just by judging her height in comparison to his, it easy to see the wonderful tricks Hollywood has perpetuated.
There can be benefits to not being properly proportioned.
