My friend, you have shamed me into doing some research of my own. I'm afraid the magazine, possibly "Adam Film World", is lost to time, but I did find some information.
You are right, Rotsler directed (as Clay McCord). He also wrote (as Barney Boone) and starred (as himself). The other actors were Donna Young, Cory Brandon, and Tamara Jones. With any luck, I will attach a few scans from Knight Magazine, August 1974 previously uploaded by a gentleman on cinemasewer.com. Wish me luck.

I have just added a still from the film featured on the cover of Adam Film World, Vol. 5 / No. 12 from 1976. There are no other pictures from the film, nor is there any mention of the film even though William Rotsler is a contributing editor and published a column. The lady pictured is Donna Young and a review of a film called "Wild Honey" starring Donna she is congratulated on her adult film debut. Anyway, one more little bit of proof that this film existed. There is still an Adam Film World with a review and pictures somewhere, but I haven't found it yet.
