I think your list is pretty damned good. Not sure why Crystal Breeze didn't become a superstar. Awesome body and really knew how to fuck.

I would add Leena LaBianca, Francesca Le, and Sabrina Dawn to that list as well.

Some would argue that Kari Foxx was a superstar but I don't think so, not in the same way that someone like Ginger Lynn was in the 1980s or Jenna Jameson would become in the 1990s -- although I think Foxx was hotter than either of them and most of the other "superstars."

Susan Hart, according to Tom Byron, got the hell scared out of her by the IRS and was afraid she was going to jail for underreporting income. That's why she dropped out of the business.

Back during the Reagan presidency, the IRS went after the porn business because everyone got paid in cash and also made tips at personal appearances. They especially targeted Ginger Lynn -- the biggest star at the time -- but a lot of people, including Hart and Byron, got caught and had to pay back taxes and fines.
