Drag queens have always been offensive in my eyes. Did they think of banning them because they offended me?

They do which bit

Blue ear rings with a blue dress how unoriginal I'd have chosen light green

You're opinion won't matter because
1, you're more than likely normal
2, probably in sizeable minority, these days at least
3, think for yourself

The last one is the one that counts your opinion as irrelevant in todays fucked up world.

That's because they usually collect their fees up front in cash. Except for the insurance referrals, which make them beg and plead for their money like everyone else. The biggest problem for psychologists is keeping clients convinced that a rent-a-buddy is a solution to their problems.

Deanne Carson says.....
'When asked to give an example of how parents could establish the culture in their home she said they could ask questions such as “I'm going to change your nappy now, is that okay?"

Deanne Carson said parents should create a culture of consent for their children
She continued: “Of course the baby is not going to respond 'yes mum, that's awesome. I'd love to have my nappy changed.'

Dear Deanne, have you been smoking the old 'Jamaican Woodbines' again?
Do they help you establish a insightful rapport with week old babies?
If so, what other topics apart from, 'do you need your arse changing?' do you engage in?

National politics, international politics, art, culture, maybe classical music?
Or are you just some dizzy cow who really needs to get a life instead of spending the bulk of your time conversing with imaginary friends.

File this one under "bite the hand that feeds you"..

Seattle is well-known as a progressive, liberal mecca. You may be surprised to hear that despite the social engineering, good intentions, and the never ending push for "fairness" that the town does, indeed, have it's problems.

Namely, the homeless.

Fear not, tho. The powers that be who have yet to figure out that there's a limit to other people's money had a brainstorm: A job tax.

This new tax will charge Seattle employers ("limited" to those w. sales over $20M/year) $275 (down from $500) per worker, per year to fund this latest attempt to "fix" something. This comes after a unanimous vote by the city council.

There were images of demonstrations demanding that Amazon, Starbucks, Expedia, and other large, local employers pay the tab. The mindset among many of those protesting was that Amazon "should be forced to take financial responsibility for Seattle’s cost of living, which has forced many families on to the streets."

Amazon, understandably, called the tax "hostile".. and halted construction on a 17 story office tower... and further threatened to relocate its 40,000 Seattle employees away from the punitive tax. It's not stretch to think other employers are having similar thoughts.

Congratulations, Seattle. You've yet to figure out the basics.. including it's better to have part of something than all of nothing.
