Imagevenue Problems

Hi Team

I've been using Imagevenue for ever & recently I've been having problems.
When I input my username & password I'm being told & I quote,
'These credentials do not match our records' This has happened for several weeks now it also gives me a message about a recent update & working hard to retrieve data. Does anyone know what is going on I'm reluctant to ditch a hosting site I have used since time immemorial but if this carries on I will have to.

The my account page seems buggy at best

email area greyed out so cant be changed
password change comes back with name has already been taken
