I can recommend this one, even though it doesn't really qualify as a "game". More like a "prelude" to the main event. It's called "Dalliance". Lady Hackenbush got it for my for my birthday one year.

It is a set of four dice. The first two go together, as an "action" and "location"

The first dice has actions listed on its sides, like "kiss", "lick" "suck" "stroke" "XXX", etc.
The second has a body part or area, like "nipples" "lips", "ears" "neck" "ass" "below the navel" etc.
One person rolls the two dice, and the other person does to them whatever turns up on the dice, for however long you agree on, like ten seconds, such as "lick nipples".
Then the other person rolls the dice, and whatever turns up is done to them. Talk about "win-win".

The last two dice are sexual "position dice", like "cowgirl" "doggy" "69" etc. . Roll them together. Start out on one, then switch to the other.
