Yesterday I learned ....

When at a public event, the sort where there are 150,000 people, park your car as far away from the entrance as possible, the event turnstiles that is.

I found when everyone is leaving the people walking to their cars were moving faster than those already in cars. I parked close to the car park entry and instead of being stuck in the car park for half an hour or more, 5 minutes of extra walking and I was out of the park in less than 5 minutes

I always knew Regina King was the voice of Huey from The Boondocks. Even without the credits, it's easy to guess that because of her voice, and how Huey's is close to her natural speaking voice. Originally I thought Cedric Yarbrough was the voice of Riley, and it's mostly based on the credits, King is billed first, then him or John Witherspoon second/third. I corrected myself on that some time ago, Yarbrough voiced Tom the lawyer, which is obvious in hindsight because the similarities in voice. I somehow thought that some other person voiced Riley, and let that go, not really confirming if that's the case.

Just now while watching a video on Youtube of Regina King doing her voice for The Boondocks, there's some interview snippets of her, creator Aaron McGruder and some others. The talk was about her voicing 2 characters. I took a look at IMDB, lo and behold, she also voiced Riley. That's not a voice I could instantly pick out and pinpoint it to her, so I was fooled. That just makes me like her even more, Riley's amazing.

I learned today that after watching the Chinese Grand Prix that Ferrari STILL hasn't learned its lessons and ruins potential wins by played politics during a race. Let the drivers race for chrissakes.
