Not sure if I can give you an answer, my friend, but I'd say Bach's Concerto No. 2 in F major BWV 1047 - Allegro assai.

I like his organ music, but unfortunately can't always remember the names of the pieces

Who can?

GreenSkull's remark that classical music is more attributed to the upper class makes sense. While not anymore, it indeed was their music. There are people who say you have no idea what good music is. Well, fuck the upper class, not everything from their cultural environment is the ultimate measure for art and culture. I still love classical music but I can better identify with jazz and blues. Jazz is as complex as classical music but things have changed a long time ago. There is also a genre known as 20th century classical music or Neue Musik in German. If you've seen 2001 by Kubrick, you know what kind of music that is. Some pieces were composed by Gyorgy Ligeti.

That's Neue Musik?

My brain will have to try to organize this

I love The Planets. Never heard his New World Symphony, although I know of a piece by that title from Dvorak.

Yes but that genre is very versatile. Some contemporary composers incorporate even electronica or jazz.
