Sue Nicholls is the actress you refer to her character name was Wanda Pickles and Rosalind Knight who plays his mother was only in two episode called "A Bird in the Hand is Worth Two In Shepherd's Bush' and 'Come to the Aid of the Party' so it could be one of those the clip comes from-but searching through IDMB(Internet Movie Database) it doesn't mention who the girls are if it is Mandy Montgomery, she looks different with shorter hair, but then she is not on the Database, but Tracy Dixon(The Grumbleweeds) is mentioned.

Greeting all. Found an album cover photo on Amazon after reading this thread to find the name of 'The Mystics' assistant and thought she'd be appreciated here.
