78 yr old man held for "Murdering" a burglar,Two men forced Their into this guy's house which He shares with His disabled wife,There was a struggle and one of Them was stabbed with a screwdriver.If the burglary had succeeded,The Police wouldn't have been interested,Wouldn't even have sent a single officer.

He's been given bail.

The police have to investigate if there has been a death - check out the guy's story and do the basics. But let's hope for god's sake that's the last we hear of it and self-defence is proved...end of.

All I know is, if it were me, I'd kill the bastard without compunction and damn the consequences. I'll be contributing for him to get a bloody big medal!

The screwdriver the robber was stabbed with was brought by the robber himself.
He would have been better off if he hadn't called the police.

Turkish Intelligence brings Gülen followers to Turkey

The Turkish secret (MIT) service has claimed, that they have about 80 suspected Gülem-follower in about 18 countries "boxed in" (as they called it) and brought to Turkey.

Last week there an action in Kosovo had made waves, with MIT (apparently involved: five Turkish teachers from a Gülen school and a doctor had been deported out of the country apparently without the knowledge of Kosovar Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj. The action was initiated by Interior Minister Flamur Sefaj, who had to vacate his post immediately after being known.
The intelligence chief was also released with him.

Prime Minister Haradinaj also instructed the participating institutions to investigate possible constitutional and legal violations in the process.

And the Kosovo wants to become a part of the EU soon. :LOL:


That's fitting with a news -notice, that the Turkish government wants to search Interpol for Can Dündar. He's living actual in Germany.

Remember: Can Dündar is/was the chief editor of the newspaper "Cumhuriyet" (now closed by the Turkish government).
"Cumhuriyet" published in 2015 the Turkish weapon deliveries to the IS and other Syrian rebel groups and the recording of the Turkish president "Erdowahn" with his Chief of the MIT and his brother in an Turkish hotel room (additional the illegal funding praxis of the "Erdowahn" party).

Now on my 11th Commonwealth Games since 1978(Edmkntin) and already England and Scotland are on the board with England naturally leading the rest although never write off the Aussies, as they may need our backpackers and tourists and most live here now you have to ask why they swap sunny Australia for Britain?) but when it comes to sport it is instilled in every child to BEAT England or the UK or Great Britain at sport like Rugby, Cricket, Athletics(yeah right not had any sprinters for years but some decent long distance) Netball, Hockey, in fact ANY sporting event where they tend to dominate...but then bubbles are meant to be burst eventually

Day 6 of Passover and I'd kill for a decent sandwich, these Matzos are okay but with no fibre in them(although moorish) it plays havoc with your stomach and it also means simple things like a bowl of spaghetti is verboten...roll on the end on Saturday night and the devouring of an Eastet egg will ensue-albeit a week late
