I have seen this or ~. I'll take an educated long shot and say it might be Art Amsie, who did professional published shots of BP and other models in the 50's. May have worked for Klaw, never had fame as a 'tog, unknown here. I don't know what is on web now, but he later became better known to collectors as owner of The Girl Whirl, a shop in the D.C. area that displayed and sold pin-up art. Anyone who has researched Gil Elvgren knows of AA. He was a close friend of GE's, there is a sketch or painting of AA that Gil did, and AA had a very large collection of GE original pin-up art.
I met AA in the 80's, ~ 30 years after this shot. Can't say it's him, but allowing for aging it seems quite possible.
