And, I noticed the other day that downforce posted here the issue of 17 that a picture earlier in this thread was the cover to.

When I first saw it I was sure it couldn't be her, but looking more closely it does seem facially quite similar. There's no more pictures in the mag, sadly, and I'm sure, if it is Penny, it was from much earlier than 1977. Does anyone have more info as to the original source?

When Sharon and Maureen wear see-through (ie crochet) dresses to school some staff members are more impressed than others.

Criticised by 5C for his own dress sense after sending Sharon and Maureen home, Mr Hedges heads to Carnaby Street (to the big band strains of "Dedicated Follower Of Fashion") for a flash new "whistle" which meets with approval from his class but not all the staff.
