I got that volume from Bud Plant Art Books some time ago, albeit the one without the slipcase and print. At that time, the list price was $48, but it only cost me $9.95. It is back up to full price now, but the 2nd and 3rd volumes are now at the $9.95 price... The intro takes up 14 pages, but that is because of a number of images and photos of creators. Not counting ad pages in the back, it is 233 pages. Here is what the back cover looks like (my scan):
