This is a really hard question. Honestly, I do not masturbate to films or magazines. I know I had a thing for Shauna Grant back in the 80's but I found out she had killed herself before I purchased my first film with her in it. I have never seen her having sex in stills or on film. I really liked Savannah but I had seen all of her films before she killed herself and didn't really like any of them enough to revisit them. I am sure as a teen I jerked off to Marilyn Monroe and she was dead before I was born. I guess I am saying I never really thought about it. I suppose if the fact the person was dead was pointed out to me while watching the film that would be a whole other story.

I don't think it's strange. I jack off to Marilyn Monroe and Betty Page all the time, as well as more modern Pl@ymates who've left us: Jennifer Lyn Jackson, Tiffany Sloan, etc. I don't think it's rude, I think it's more a tribute to their beauty: they may be gone, but their sex appeal is preserved forever.

I DO have a weird problem with "beating the bishop" to a current Pl@ymate who's been in trouble with the law. Tanya Beyer had bad drug issues (and her current pics are sadly far from her magazine appearance) as well as Brandi Brandt who was arrested for drug trafficking... two of my all time favorites, fallen from grace.

I suppose this is because generally whenever I'm looking at a magazine or a flick, if I'm masturbating I'm basically envisioning myself in the fantasy being depicted that I'm viewing. Thus, if I'm looking at, say, old Christy Canyon layouts or films (I know she's not dead, but indulge me), I'm not really thinking about what Christy looks like today vs. what she looked like in the 1980s when she was in her prime.
I always have sort of a conscious sense of removal from these girls I view in porn. For instance, even if one of my favorite actresses was appearing at a local strip club, I wouldn't want to go see her. Same goes for attending any of the porn conventions where various actresses have booths set up where you can go meet them and get pictures taken. I'd never even want to go to one of those things, because from the few encounters I've had with non-porn celebrities, the reality is always much more underwhelming than the spotlight.
Since I don't really think of the women who are in porn as real people, but rather images, I'm not really dissuaded from fantasizing over them if I find out they died.

I have no problem with it. I feel that the films & photos that they left behind were gifts for us and for future generations to enjoy. They helped to document the time in which they lived. I am thankful to every woman from every decade that shared her beauty with us.
