I've just been going through a whole set of movies starting with quite old (1960's) and going on to the modern day. Watching them in chronological order, the differences in male actors cock sizes in porn through the decades is very striking. In the older 1960's and 70's material, the actors cocks are mostly shown flaccid at first, then becoming erect as the woman wanks/sucks them getting to what seems like a normal average size. Sometimes they are not even that stiff, sometimes they don't cum loads, and sometimes they cum quickly, but the whole effect is somehow much more real. Only in the latter part of the 80's and into the 90's do the cocks seem to get bigger, are shown almost always already fully erect, they pump away for ages and then almost invariably cum buckets. Obviously in vintage porn there are the 'big hitters' but they are the exception rather than the norm. That's why I like vintage porn, it's much closer to what you can imagine happening with your own equipment

For the sake of research (honest) and following a further delve into the past of naughty films, I can honestly say that either improved nutrition has led to the increase in size of man-meat, or that the porn industry has become very selective in what it thinks an audience wants - huge cocks pummeling for hours on end. My mother's friend happened to see a porno on tv a few years ago on one of the scrambled channels. Her first reaction was that she could not believe the size of the dicks in the film. The conversation was pretty funny. She was convinced that all the men were using artificial dicks because she had never seen one "that size" in her life.

Fewer, it would seem than "modern" but in the perspective of the deluge of performers/vids/pics/etc., on the market today, it isn't surprising it seems there's more big meat now.

What I think has happened is that the buying public spoke with money and paid for size, giving rise to a tsunami of body-conscious men who are intent on displaying their oversized appendages for ego reasons and have no interest in "realism" in performance because they've grown up watching supercocks galore in extreme acts.

The advent of chemical erection aids, fisheye-type camera lenses and judiciously favorable photo angles also add to the equation.

Porn has always been commercial but the '70's-early '90's at least gave attention to realism and broader male/female sexual connections.
