Jobs That Sound Impressive...but Aren't

What kind of job sounds impressive, but once you dig into it a little bit, really isn’t impressive at all?

Thought about this recently, sitting on an airplane, eating my crappy in-flight “meal”.

How could a Chef put together such tasteless rubbish?

And I thought, when he set out to be a Chef, his aspirations probably were not to be making airline food, or even worse, hospital food.

So “I’m an Executive Chef” sounds really impressive, until you hear “for American Airlines.”

Sort of like saying “I’m the Commander in Chief of all of the armed forces…of Andorra.”

Or

I’m a secret agent…from Iceland.

Or

I’m the biggest porn star in the world…for gay midget porn.
