Ah, I saw the name and thought I might know this one.

Note spelling, she appeared as Ana Lou in Gent 1980-03 3 pp solo, Gent 1980-09 6 pp ff with "Sharon" (same photo set republished in Gent 1981 Annual), Gent 1981-07 3 pp, Gent 1982-10 7 pp, Dude 1980-11. Also appeared as Crystal Thompson in Fling 1982-07, in a previous unk Fling as Crystal Halpern.

As for model names without reference, I've seen Darla Hood and Penny Minor on a number of websites but never a reference for either - it's common and annoying.

i found these through Google Images - turns out that a text search for Crystal Halpern gives entirely too many unrelated hits, apparently it's a mineral of interest to collectors or something.

There is a lactating "Crystal" in ‎FLING'S FANTASY. Where Your D Cup Dreams Come True Fling Bonus Edition No. 5‎ - no last name on the website that lists this but it's probably her, as she was often pregnant and/or lactating in Gent.
