A really mystery but very hot girl...
 The imdb is of little help, except for her other names: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm4907436/filmotype She was one of the favorite models of Elmer Batters, perhaps the most dedicated after Caruska   In these photos she wears a characteristic watch also evident in the Collection 052 - Get Lost loop (see markoz1965's post above). According to Elmer she is Eurasian. In the later of her photos she seems to have made moderate enhancements. But the real news is that according to Elmer himself, in the introduction of the Taschen book "From the tip of the toes to the top of the hose",  she appeared in Cafe Flesh (1982).
