I strongly believe, that this is one of the TLI rare Anna's loops, accidentally found on a tube site. See related pictures and TLI info in this and this posts (thanks to OP). Scene setting looks the same to me. Also, this loop is available on Blue Vanities Softcore Nude 524 DVD (afaik, it's not on VEF)
