Superdick (Marino Rogers, British porn actor) was once interviewed on satellite telly, and the woman interviewing him used the word "simulated" and he was hugely offended, insisting that he always had sex for real on camera, but that they had two cameras rolling at the same time.

One filmed the hard stuff and was often handheld, the other was on a tripod for the soft version, but would be intercut with the handheld footage so that it looked like you were seeing more than you actually were.

Re Scandal. In the orgy scene a couple could seen to be at it in the background, doing it for real. This along with a couple of erect penises, were edited out of the origional release print.

If we skip the "softcore" and move to mainstream movies (which some of you already have) then Wiki has a list of mainstream films with unsimulated sex

In the "older" movie Tattoo (1981) there was a bit of a scandal as Bruce Dern said in an interview that the sex in the film was real. Maud Adams, of course, denied it. However, it did bring people into the theaters and slowed the VHS release of the film.

(I don't know if it ever came out in DVD)

Someone in another forum suggested I look at a clip from Andromina: The Pleasure Planet. The footage is low quality and dark and isn't too revealing, but there are a lot of split-second shots during the cowgirl scene that might have made some people wonder. Not definite evidence for me, but a few others seem convinced.

The Brown Bunny. The girl in the movie performed actual oral sex on the guy. She never denied doing it. The actress is on the hbo show "big love". Chloe Sevigny is her name.(I hope I spelled it right). I have never seen it but I read she was really doing it. What a lucky guy because i think she is gorgeous.
