Really need your help finding a vintage porn film [moved]

Hy guys, I already posted this on one other forum, but no one seemed to know the answer. So I hope someone of you can help me.

I would really need your help in finding a porn film that I watched approximately 10 years ago on a local TV channel.

Things I remember:
- the movie was probably made somewhere between 70s and 90s (long period to name, I know, but I really don't remember that well, to be more specific)
- it is about a prostitute that is taking hard drugs
- in the beginning of the film there is a scene that shows a baby buggy being abandoned
- a little further in the film there is a lesbian scene where one girl licks the other ones pussy and makes her cum (really hot scene )
- I think they speak english (I even think it is british english, but I'm not so sure about that)

- Now something I'm not sure about at all, but I think that the name of the film is the name of the main character and that it starts with an S, but please don't take this as main clue, cause I'm really not sure.
