Back when I was young and spry I was in the 48th Highlanders Militia which is Scottish based and it had its own pipe band. Actually they had it made as they hardly had to do anything during the monthly exercises and they traveled in a special vehicle complete with its own bar. On the very plus side they never once played Amazing Grace.
