I'm not sure if Paul's non-interference policy = isolationism. But even if it does would it be more dangerous than proping up petty dictators and supplying them with arms only to go to war against them later when our 'needs' change?

Is renting out the grounds of Kensington Palace ( That`s ours that is !) to Russia’s Olympic committee (To store their steroids) during the 2012 Games in order to boost the Royal Household’s budget.

Yeah , because it must be pretty difficult given the austerity climate , what with her only having a fortune estimated at 8 billion pounds .Plus getting all her living expenses , those of her poisoned blood relations and hundreds of servants and staff paid for by her subjects

WE have similar things here-the TPS and PPS for unwanted phone calls and mailing. They work pretty well too, what happens is that you are left out of the directories that cold callers use. They don't contact you because it takes them time (ie money) and they know that they won't make a sale by doing so.
I don't object to junk mail-apparently without it the postal service would have difficulty in surviving so I regard junk mail as a necessary evil.

Better watch those Russians, to them the term getting the gold could mean great losses to your country after they empty the palace. How could they rent such a place, that would be liking renting the Camp David.

I didn't think governments should rent out capital properties to other countries. Set a bad presidency for others in the future...

Hey Queen, can I rent Buckingham for the weekend??

Angry Fcuk fellow members, i don`t know ?, i decided to bring back this well into the deadzone thread because, ok yes i`m totally drunk, only just the same the following is all factually true, so may he sue me ,or speedily soon burn in hell!!!

Sir Philip (Committed Zionist) Green

Philip Green is a multi-billionaire businessman, who runs some of the biggest names on British high streets. His retail empire includes brands such as Topshop, Topman, Dorothy Perkins, Burton, Miss Selfridge and British Home Stores.

Philip Green is not a non-dom. He lives in the UK. He works in the UK. He pays tax on his salary in the UK. All seems to be in order. Until you realise that Philip Green does not actually own any of the Arcadia group that he spends every day running. Instead, it is in the name of his wife who has not done a single day’s work for the company. Mrs Green lives in Monaco, where she pays not a penny of income tax.

In 2005 Philip Green awarded himself £1.2bn, the biggest paycheck in British corporate history. But this dividend payout was channeled through a network of offshore accounts, via tax havens in Jersey and eventually to Green’s wife’s Monaco bank account. The dodge saved Green, and cost the tax payer, close to £300m. This tax arrangement remains in place. Any time it takes his fancy, Green can pay himself huge sums of money without having to pay any tax.

Before the election, the Lib Dems liked to talk tough on tax avoiders. But as soon as they entered the coalition, this pre-election bluster became just another inconvenient promise they quietly forgot. In August David Cameron appointed the country’s most notorious serial-tax avoider to advise the government on how best to slash public spending. Not a single Lib Dem minister uttered a word of complaint. A Guardian editorial denounced this as “shameful”.

Philip Green’s £285m tax dodge could pay for:

The full, hiked up £9,000 fees for almost 32,000 students
Pay the salaries of 20,000 NHS nurses

And if that’s not reason enough to take action against Sir Philip, it is worth noting that he has built his £5bn fortune on the back of sweatshop labour, using Mauritius sweatshops where Sri Lankans, Indians and Bangladeshis toil 12 hours a day, six days a week, for minimal pay.

The utter cnut

I don't know where you are Knobby but in the USA, the postal service loses money on junk mail. Congress sets the rate to accommodate the junk mailers, then gets indignant when the USPS fails to turn a profit.

Hasn`t that postal service been constantly losing money in all ways ever since 2006 ? , and after the postal accountability and enhancement act was passed. Along with several reforms to postal regulations. Your conglomerate controlled bought and paid for sickeningly corrupt (I`m talking about so corrupt even Russians and Indians get light headed thinking about it) Congress mandated that the USPS pump $5.5 billion per year into an employee retirement health benefits fund for the next 10 years, to fund health benefits for employees for the next 75 years.
Yes , forced to fund pensions for future employees not even born
Kind of a shame the Oil obsessed conglomerates pushed for such a destabilizing change,
Because before those deranged laws were disingenuously introduced the USPS had such a cash surplus they were in the process of creating an entire fleet of vehicles that ran on electricity.

Anyway, and in the meantime getting back on city specific topic

Here`s a shot of a Norwich street

Plus a snap of a Norwich hotel mini bar full of shots

Huh ? , hell yes i wear shoes with the letter M , on

Tut and for shame that ye ever did doubt me, let alone me actual name

Using the Colombo quotes... "Nice shoe... where did you get them"

Love the bar fridge, most of the time I get there and the family has emptied it.

Well be fair my fearless crime fighting friend, by the time you arrive at the scene everyone is mostly dead, apart from that one person who nobody would ever connect to the deaths let alone suspect of being a killer

Ok, apart from you and your non quitting always fighting for justice "Just one more thing" good self
