As if on "mobile" platform -- what happened?

Apologies in advance if this is not the correct thread to post this particular concern of mine, but for the past several days, every time I come to the VEF homepage, my screen looks like this:

It is as though I am on the mobile platform? Anyone know about this? Goes without saying, I am no tech genius.

The forum does have a mobile skin and if your options for which skin to use are set to default, it may display the mobile skin at times.

I have set you to RC which is the full desktop skin.

At a guess you've zoomed in by accident

All it takes is to have a sticky key like the Ctrl (far bottom left) button stay down
and you scroll the mouse and it zooms in

I've had other issues with sticking keys like caps lock causing weird unexplainable outcomes
