Extremely recent research has revealed I love Rump Steak Confirmed by my taste buds about 90 minutes ago
Vegans They just don't get it that whatever shock tactic they use for their "ethics" will always be superseded by what nature tells me to eat They might as well type their posts in Martian

1) Vegans and ovo-vegetarians mainly eat seeds and fruits and few plants. It's like if I had to eat something from you, I'd eat your sperm. 2) Plants have no nervous system and salads don't live more than one or two years. 3) Farm animals often are badly treated. They live in jail like prisoners, are tortured. We impose them life through artificial reproduction and often kill their children. 4) Farm animals have feelings that are more looking like ours. 5) It's far less destructive for the environment to directly eat vegetable proteins than animal proteins. We could reduce the impact on wildlife. Here are the main reasons why I stopped to blindly exploit animals (very close genetic members of our family). |

The idea that being vegan is somehow just as harmful to animals is daft, and the idea that we should all just give up and do what we want because if you try and do good something bad still might happen, is just an argument to futility. Of course some little animals get caught in combine harvesters. That doesn't justify the deaths of 56 billion land animals slaughtered every year for food. |

Depends on your brand of ethics...
Kill a few hundred cattle or hundreds of thousands of mice on a beef farm vs a crop farm. Which ones count more? Cattle and sheep can utilise vast pasture lands that are not suitable for growing crops. If more humans took up veganism/vegetarianism, more arable land would need to be cleared destroying entire ecosystems to grow enough plant food to feed them. Producing more grain crops would spike the rodent population, meaning even more killing to protect the crops. Last edited by bp666; December 10th, 2018 at 11:15 AM.. |

And get all salty when someone says back - by the way vegans are not innocent either - you have the blood of different species on your hands. How many billions of creatures get killed per year as a result of the growing of crops? We should all become breatharians. |

45% of all land on earth is given over to animal agriculture. Edible crops are a much more sustainable foodsource. |
