First Album, Single, 8 Track, Cassette, CD bought
As music seems to be very popular on this forum. I wondered what was the first record bought by you the members.
Mine was House Of The Rising Sun/The Animals in 1964

I was into The Police through my friend in 1979 but the first single record I had(and this is shameful) was Cliff Richard's Wired for Sound 1982(my sister got it for me) well better than my Mum getting me Postman Pat...it did have a good beat

When I was a very tiny tot, my mother bought me Bill Haley's 'Rock Around The Clock', but I'm hard pushed to recall what was the first record I bought myself. Probably something classical.

Confession time. I like Jim Reeves. Have several of his albums. Don't tell anyone though.
