RIP, Stacy Leigh Arthur, Miss Jan 1991. This sad news only recently came to light, as she shied from the limelight in recent years. After a tv series episode, further research verified the rumors of the past few years, she passed in Apr 2019 -

The January 1960 PMOM had one of the most notable acting careers among Playmates, appearing opposite such major stars as Elvis Presley, Jerry Lewis and Dean Martin. Karen passed away in July. I knew her from working with her through my autograph business. In fact I had spoken to her two weeks before her passing about doing another signing for me. She was a great lady, I'll miss her a lot.

She divorced Lee Majors long ago, but still took his last name it appears. Arny Freytag posts on the obituary. I guess he photographed her for Playboy.

1st Ed is the first edition which I've been able to determine she was listed as a PM; it may be right, it may be wrong.
