posting images - imagebam
Sorry, not a very good technical person. How do you embedd an image from imagebam onto a post, instead of just pasting the link (which is what I only know how to do)?
Thanks. |

Once you've uploaded the pic
left click once to highlight the BBcode The cut and paste it into your post hit control(ctrl) + c at the same time Open up the post be it a new one or edit for existing one left click your mouse to point where you want it hit control + v at the same time to place it there preview to make sure it worked hit post...done This http://www.imagebam.com/image/4f4eeb143460971 becomes this Last edited by buttsie; September 28th, 2011 at 03:25 AM.. |

Quick question about Imagevenue
I've just become frustrated enough by PimpAndHost to sign up to ImageVenue.
In order to post some pics I must first create a folder. My question is, will any pics I upload to VEF be lost if I delete those files at a later date? Thanks.

you don't need to sign up to ImageVenue to use it. And yes, if you delete your files from the ImageVenue Server this will affect also the connected galleries you've posted to a forum. but if you like you can delete the images from your harddrive, this doesn't have any impact on your posted galleries. just on your own collection at home. |

enlarging pics
How do you enlarge the pics (BB link) from imagebam onto your post?
I got the pics embedded, but they are all the same size, quite small. I noticed other posts are of varying sizes. Thanks. |

Missing Pictures with FF6/7

Thank you for your support! I've tested a lot and I have reached the following result: For the VEF I use Firefox36 portable. Everything works perfectly with Win7. Standarbrowser is Firefox 7. I use it for the other sites (for reasons of the security). There have been no problems. Furthermore, I will test it in the next time Opera. svoda

before you upload your images to imagebam, you can select the desired thumbnail ratio. our rules allow thumbnails up to 180 x 180 for gallery posts. you can chose a bigger thumbnail (but not the fullsize image) if you just post a single picture (f.e. the cover in addition to a movie upload, or a profile pic including bio information for the first post of a model thread)

Imagebam Sucking Hard
Imagebam thumbnail links:
Every time I click an Imagebam t-nail link it takes me to the image, but then re-directs me to Crackle, a video site. The happens without fail on Firefox, but not at all on IE (which I don't want to use due to numerous other problems). Even stopping the Imagebam page from fully loading or going back after the redirect doesn't stop this. It always redirects again. Any one else having this problem? Anyone know if this is a Firefox issue? It's extremely irritating and makes it virtually impossible to view any images posted through Imagebam which accounts for a large share of posts on VEF. Try some of these links to see what I mean: Try t-nails in posts #107 & 108 on this page: http://vintage-erotica-forum.com/t78...rkie-post.html Image link: http://www.imagebam.com/image/06566e151326885 This has happened in a few other threads as well. Those imagebam links gave me no problem. Have you installed the free add-ons NoScript and AdBlock plus? That ought to prevent redirections and advert banners.
