Whilst not TOCO or Spick & Span, there is a channel on You Tube, Something Wierd, with a section called Retro Cuties which is in their style. It is however quite sanitised.

Thank you for the info, lleu. I had a look and I like their style. American though rather than British but no less great for all that. I'll start collecting the retro cuties but I live in hope of something in the same style with British birds :-)

Thinking of Ken Howard and his work for ToCo, I wonder if he ever put his model girls into other magazines? Just imagine the likes of Nicola and Marie, in colour, in their frilly undies and sussies! I can't remember ever seeing the girls elsewhere during the 70s, but that doesn't mean they didn't appear in other publications. A nice thought.

The stockings and suspenders don't look right with platform boots, somehow. She ought to be wearing tights! (I would say that.....)

I agree Medium2. The set is from the early 1970s when tights were the omnipresent norm. It was perhaps a sign that Toco was stuck in the past by then and catering for an audience from an earlier era?
