That red dust will get in everything. I went to Wilcannia as a kid. I still taste that dust even now. I think I had in in every nook and cranny for weeks. Broken Hill and White Cliffs were good to visit. Wilcannia was a hole.

Are you sure that Estreeter would not be gifting you with a one way ticket on the ferry to Rottnest Island?

I presume that palo5 would be suffering greatly from the heat. So, Estreeter would take him along to his job and park him by the kiln to finish him off.

It was the mayor of Geelong who will give me and putin5 the keys to Geelong, stay free in a hotel, and a trip to Rottnest Island which has now become a very popular resort island and off course the greatest concentration of quokkas(about 10,000) in the world.

Probably an estimate from a population sample.

Doesn't say so as such but some background: "In some parts of Australia, koala infection rates are as high as 90%." Population samples are a pretty common approach when the cost of gathering/counting an entire population is prohibitive/irrational.
