Well i'm in my 40s and have some silver, well into your 60s you must have silver. Like the shades btw.

I am now ending my eighth week as a non smoker, I have slipped, I have had exactly five cigarettes (Fags is English for cigs), I have shouted at everyone, I have ranted over the stupidest things, people keep saying you must be feeling better, am I fcuk! I am coughing like I could die, I am sucking inhalators so hard I am moving the padding in the bloody things, but most of all I am gasping for a bloody fag!
