Without a doubt, Teegra from the animated Fire and Ice film from 1983.

As a kid, before I ever liked a real woman, I REALLY liked Teegra.

Tie between Cat claw and Vampirella.
I don't know how known Cat claw is in the US, according to GCD there's been some issues published in the US.
The comic is Serbian and was also published in Swedish in the magazine Magnum, where i first encountered the series:

Even more angering is the fact that Rucka didn't have a problem with Diana bathing in a waterfall in issue 2 drawn by Nicola Scott.
