Not sure if twin porn can be considered Incest - legal implications against incest is to stop reproduction within families with all genetic implications that presents.

As identical twins are same sex, then there can be no incestuous issues.

You might be confusing censorship with marketing. today's porn makers know what their audience wants and gives it to them.

I think it's more of self censorship rather than audience demand, especially in American porn. I have heard directors and cameramen say in BTS that they cannot show certain things, i.e. sexual touching between sisters or mother daughter duos, because of "legal" reasons. In one instance, when the director failed to stop such sexual touching, the camera was turned away from the pornstars.

What instance was that?

In most states it's legal for two twin/sisters or a mother & daughter over 18 to have sex. Another issue is whether or not visual deceptions of those acts would be considered "obscene" under US law. That's never been ruled on by the courts. You also have to consider the credit card billing companies. Some of them are skittish about billing for incest content.

Good question. However, this question can be stated as follows:

Is it incest if you are watching your sibling or parent have sex during porn shoot that you are also part of? I am thinking of all those same sex (female) family duos in modern porn who "never touch" each other during shoots.

Forgive me as I am not a lawyer. Most incest laws were designed for two reasons keeping parents from having sex with their children and keep families from having genetic mutations from inbreeding. Mostly designed to keep redneck fathers from knocking up their 15 year old daughters, if you get my meaning. I know there are a few different actual family member duos. They are all either mother and daughter or sisters. I do not know of any real father and daughter or sister and brother or mother and son duos. I am positive the ladder would violate US incest laws and arrests could/would start happening. On that note Buck Adams and Amber Lynn were brother and sister and worked on many of the same movies but never did scenes together.

If I remember correctly the Love sisters are real sisters and Kit and Kat are real sister and I have seen both go down on each other.
