Sure looks like Brigitte to my eyes. Probably her image was just used to sell the movie, even if she wasn't in it, a common practice in that era.

As Denaniel wrote, she's BL, but not in the movie.

To add to that: there are two clues on the poster: one the name of the distribution company: Avis/Ascot; the other is the name of its CEO/owner: Erwin C. Dietrich. He (and this company) did not only distribute films, they also produced their own, and Brigitte starred in 5 of their softcore output.

Posters (and that mostly goes for lobby cards too) for that company in that period were pretty much exclusively made by a buddy of ECD, Georges Morf, who occasionally also had a cameo in his movies. This poster definitely looks like one of Morf's. With very few exceptions dating to the early days of Ascot (late 1960s), Morf would just use the actors doing an ECD production at the time for his posters, though whether the poster would be ending up promoting that film or another was pretty random. In this case, at the same time the advertised film came out BL was in the Ascot production "Gefangene Frauen".
