It's a shambles. David Cameron should shoulder the blame for this. Using the promise of an EU referendum as a general election vote winner was irresponsible. I'm not in favour of leaving but this constant talk about how there should now be a second referendum is a load of bollocks.

Angry I love Europe. Although loathe the all dictatorial (MEPs have zero power) corrupt EU commission. Course am willing to change my mind. Soon as they finally open up the books to unbaised audit

All that chinless cnut had to do was bang out a change or two. Get a concession on the fisheries policy. Maybe on immigration quotas. Yet either his hopelessness or the commissions arrogance led to a failed discussion and result.
Although gawd knows I didn't expect us to leave.
The remain campaign seemed like a twenty four hour a day storm of negativity. To say the mainstream media were pro-remain is a massive understatement.
Whereas the stuttering leave "Leaders" were and are a bleeding joke.
Boris
Once the result was in he vanished faster than Davey.
Silent as a graveyard.
Remember seeing him ducking reporters and jumping into taxis.
Mr flappy gob didn't say a thing in public for days.
The country is in this position due to both sides not expecting the result. So being the bone idle lazy bunch of bastards they are. Didn't bother planning for it. I honestly seriously believe this.

If genocidal Blair had allowed a referendum (As verbally and 2005 manifesto promised) on the ratification of treaties we`d most likely have voted down Maastricht and Nice. Leading to hopefully a change of direction.
Preferably the prevention of former Soviet block nations being considered Europeans.
I`m all for historical Europeans being linked together in peace , friendship and mutual protection. But for the benefit of all. Not a cabal of failed politicians and their gangster cronies. Living in the kind of grandiose splendor that`d even have made Louis XIV blush

It's good they did, but it should not have got to that point, a well known and loved identity is now dead because we have piss weak bail laws, state governments that talk on getting tough on crime and talk and talk and talk, next week we have a state government election, I hate them, seriously hate them, the most socialist of any government state or federal this country has ever seen and I hope this incident costs them. When it surfaced yesterday that scumbag was on bail angered the hell out of me and I suspect most normal people, I couldn't give a damn if he had alleged mental issues or links to terrorism

Without wishing to turn this into the the "EU Referendum #2" thread, this week is the first time I've felt sorry for Theresa May. As anothercustom stated, I've saved my ire for Cameron, currently keeping his head down in his designer garden shed...

Watching events this week, I felt like the PM (and the rest of us in the UK) had just transformed into that bloke in the "REALITY"gif...

Me too. She was already locked in the portable toilet on wheels before it started rolling down the hill.
