If I might be allowed to resurrect this thread, that has admittedly thrown up some interesting suggestions, could I nominate Natalie Portman for your consideration? Not only a beautiful woman but a talented actress too.

There are many women already mentioned that I would add to my list. For me personally, I fell completely in love with Teresa Wright after watching Hitchcock's Shadow of a Doubt.

I always found that she had the perfect blend of natural beauty and personality. There was an innocence in her that was simply irresistible.

She showed that confidence and determination were sexy!

And had a great approach to her popularity

Though she has been on tv more than in movies, she's done several movies, and few women looked hotter when young, and few have slipped into middle age more gracefully than Courtney Thorne-Smith.
