So I've been preparing this post I'm planning to put up about an actress (Karen Sillas) and one of her works that I've gathered for reference is a Sopranos episode. Yet as I watched the episode to capture imagery (and next watched a couple of the following episodes that I was drawn into viewing), I found myself running into other compelling ladies, forcing me to put my Sillas post aside. Earlier, for example, I spent far more time than I intended, to put up this post on the title character of the Sopranos episode entitled "Isabella."

Then a scene came on (in the first season's final episode) where Lorraine Bracco, in her famed role as the lead gangster character's psychiatrist, suggested it was Tony Soprano's mother who was behind a hit on her son. Tony went ballistic, and told her she would be lucky if he doesn't "break her face into fifty thousand pieces."



While at the receiving end of this unsettling danger (damsels have a way of looking especially enticing while in distress), I thought Lorraine looked so good, I'd clip the shot and offer it in the thread she surely must have at Vintage Erotica Forum. (And there's the shot, as may be seen above.)

However, once I was at this thread (begun all the way back in 2007, for God's sake, by Member "Corbeau," missing in action for the last half-dozen years), how could I have just let it go with just one measly photo? Wasn't it my duty to pay my "respects" toward Ms. Bracco?

At the top of this third thread page, as kind as Arrow101 was to submit his images in 2016, given what he wrote, he missed Post #4;
Guest "Inglorious" had already provided medicine of his own, in the collage view reproduced above (second shot).

I wanted next to see if I may fill in some gaps that have been neglected or ignored by this thread (particularly if I could find Bracco undraped). First, however, I wanted to highlight the following images from the thread that I especially appreciated.

The first three photos are from Member "Decadence" (1. Post #14, 2011; 2. Post #26, 2017; 3. Post #20, 2016), being revisited because the actress looked so natural and so wonderful.

The last shot is from the thread's first post by Corbeau; you may see it is a borrowed "Mr. Skin" job from Lorraine's first screen role (as "Bubble") from back in 1979, entitled Duos sur canapé ("Duets on Sofa"), a French comedy about a former husband and wife who don't wish to give up their individual home offices after divorcing. This was the only "big" nudity Lorraine has consented to in her career (the year was from a more permissive period, and it's likely Lorraine felt she had to make the compromise for her big break; fortunately the exposed flesh was from when Lorraine was at the prime of womanhood, at twenty-five years of age), and images from the nude scene abound. There is no shortage of photos from the scene on this thread, as to be expected, but the "Mr. Skin" job is exceptional for its clarity.

(Lorraine pounded the pavement in this unforgiving profession for over a decade, before finally becoming a star with 1990's Goodfellas.)




A nude scene that has so far been missed (although not much could be seen — see that breast in the third shot above? Where is that magnifying glass of yours? — and there is also the possibility of a body double) is from 1992's Traces of Red. (A murder mystery where Jim Belushi realizes the killer is someone he knows; Lorraine, playing a femme fatale type, seduces Jim's detective partner in the scene above, while doing her Sharon Stone impression.)




The not well received Even Cowgirls Get the Blues (1993) was about female ranch workers led by a lesbian who take over the ranch in an effort to preserve the endangered whooping crane, and confront the cops. Lorraine's character appears to display rebelliousness by showing her bush. VEF Guest Contributor "Inglorious" referred to this film's imagery in 2007's Post #4, but the larger link is now dead and buried. (Inglorious wrote what many would agree with: "There is definitely something about her.")




Member "Grey Wolf" covered the Goodfellas turf in 2010's Post #10, including three photos that are similar to the close shot seen above. This later perspective is being added simply because Lorraine looked so pretty,




Lorraine steps out of the shower in a Sopranos episode. The views were earlier covered by Member "MVP" in his post from 2013, but the body seen below was almost certainly not Lorraine's.

Another Sopranos scene featured Lorraine in an authentic nude scene, already covered on the thread by Member "Clouddancer" in 2009, and in Post #9 that immediately followed, Member "Winnter" took a stab at the same. Lorraine sounded ecstatic over the results of her plastic
surgery in an appearance on Entertainment Tonight.


In 2012, Lorraine appeared in a great Funny or Die episode, where the Brooklyn native went "all-out Italian" (with her Goodfellas and Sopranos pal, the late Tony Sirico); the episode was entitled, "The Bensonhurst Spelling Bee with Kelly Ripa." These views of Lorraine are as she appeared recently (in mid-September of 2022), on Rachael Ray's talk show.




The sixty-eight-year-old is still plugging away; she was involved in four screen productions in 2022 so far.




EDIT:
It's a few weeks later and, in The Sopranos' first season's fourth episode from 1999, caught our lady showing up at the door of her date, where she takes steps to primp herself, juts out her chest, and attempts to make herself sexy. The views were irresistible; thus, this supplement.
