I think the Soviet Union....sorry, Russia is far worse than The US, Israel or anyone else, I think North Korea is the only other country to actively attempt to murder political opponents residing in foreign countries. .

Actually the Soviet Union is the constitutional member of the Council, not Russia, so on a purely technical point of view Britain and France are legal members, Russia is not, the Soviet Union is, as it no longer exists, there should be a free election to vote in the new member.

Yep. US plutocracy never interfered in South American democracies, never interfered in Asia, never interfered in Middle East, never brutalised or spoiled American egalitarian workers in the past ?

US plutocracy killed millions of foreign people and American soldiers through fallacious theories.

Ok, put them all up for re-election. I'd be ok with that. The problem is that you wouldn't get an honest outcome, because some countries accept bribes, and are susceptible to pressure. Just look at the "coalition of the willing"
