Moore never intended to do nude scenes
Julianne Moore insists she is not an exhibitionist - she blames her numerous flesh-flashing scenes on the number of romantic movies she's starred in.
Moore never intends to do nude scenes Moore has bared her body in several films, including The End of the Affair, The Big Lebowski, Boogie Nights, Body of Evidence and Short Cuts. She can also be seen in a lesbian tryst with Amanda Seyfried in upcoming film Chloe. But Moore is adamant she doesn't purposely play revealing roles - and will refuse to shed her clothes if the story doesn't call for it. She says, "It's not like I ever intend to! I never do. I think it's happened a lot of times because I'm involved in things that are love stories. There are times when I feel it's absolutely not necessary at all. (In Savage Grace) my character had some nudity and I said, 'I'm not doing it. It's really not right for this."

I see the Australian Minister for the Environment, ex-Midnight Oil lead singer has been demoted to a junior ministry after he ignored warnings on the possiblity of poor quality and workmanship on a nationwide home insulation project. Result numerous work related safety accidents, hundreds of house fires and four deaths. The bastard should be arrested and jailed.

Afternoon all.
I see Odeon has now backtracked on its boycott of the aforementioned Alice in Wonderland-well that didn't take long did it! Congratulations to Canada who won the Women's gold medal in Ice Hockey last night-mind you the US team looked leaden in comparison...and on the subject of Winter Games I see that Sir Steve Redgrave(5 times Olympic gold medalist in Rowing) wants to build an indoor speed skating rink which will also house other Winter sports-I say about time too...but I wonder what the cost will be? I may be bored to tears with the Cole v's Cole story(and I suspect most of you are too) but lets face it, you wouldn't kick her out of bed-unless you were stupid enough to be having an affair Like Beckham & Rebecca Loes it will all blow over soon enough. For the record I think Cheryl is gorgeous man pet!(said in Geordie accent) I think it was long overdue that the British government finally apologised to those poor people who were shipped out to Australia during the War and suffered hardships and cruelty but I can't believe it took so long to say sorry-albeit for another Goverments' error of judgement. I just hope this provides some sort of closure for these 'kids' and allows them to sleep better at night. Nice one Gordon. Did anyone catch that arch arse Nigel Farrage last night on Question Time(available on BBC iplayer if you missed it) - he you will recall insulted the European Council president Herman van Rumpuy saying he had all the charisma of a damp rag and the look of a low grade bank clerk. Rightly he is to be hauled over the coals by a European Committee. Remember this man is a member of UKIP(UK Independence Party) and is anti -Europe anyway but not only did he insult Herman he also managed to upset the Belgians in general. However last night one questioner said he came across as a ranting loon. Farrage? Farrago more like.

Spectacular end to the Winter Olympics in Vancouver, if you're Canadian you can be justifiably proud of a job well done, and although tinged with sadness(the loss of the Georgian luger Nodar Kumaritashvilli) the Games proved to be friendly and at times heart-stoppingly good. Next up Delhi, and the Commonwealth Games and then its London's turn in 879 days time. Now at least I can get back to a normal sleep pattern

We are not looking forward to Delhi, allot of our athletes are not keen on going due to safety concerns. We Aussies are not very popular at the moment due to some bad press the Indians have been giving us over some Indian students being mugged and killed. They are trying to make it a race issue, but if you go out, by yourself, after 12am, looking out of place your going to get targetted by a mugger, that's the way it is today. The other issue is terrorist and India's not so good record on sercurity, & there is always Delhi belly aswell.
