A senior police officer tries to deal politely with a bunch of reporters when one of them asks a question about 'hurt feelings' of one who felt the cop had not paid him enough attention. The Officer finally stops pussy footing around and tells them the stark truth.

As far as I'm concerned, the idiots are all fighting each other to get out on the right as far as possible.

Both Corbyn and Sanders are dyed in the wool Socialists; calling them centrists is nonsense. They are far left; as far left as any mainstream polititian outside the third world. They don't want respect for all; they want to take from those who "have" and give to those who "have not".

Sanders is a New Dealer. The thing of it is over the last 35-40 years as the political spectrum has rolled right, especially fiscally new dealers have increasingly been labeled under "fringe" when in actuality their views are more of the mainstream than the establishment would care to admit. Either that or Socialism is becoming in style.

Look at what is happening right now in almost all the liberal countries.
No more jobs... Your liberal bosses and shareholders have relocated all the jobs to the Eastern socialist countries.
Our liberal countries are totally dominated by the Eastern socialist countries. In fact only the people on the top of the liberal pyramid have fun. But what will be the future of the people under the top of the pyramid ?

Socialism is a lie built on a lie.It will always end up like the USSR when it fell,the leadership crapping on gold plated toilets while most of the rest of the people stand in line all day hoping for one potato to eat and those too far back in the line not even getting that.This country has not gone far left but the leadership of the Democrat party has and is trying to force it on us come hell or high water.This country was built on the belief you could make it if you were willing to work for it.I don't think anyone visioned we should have to give it to those that won't work just because they want it.That is a vote buying scheme that the whole country has to pay for.You shouldn't let them flounder but you shouldn't expect them to live better than those that do work just so you can be sure they'll vote Democrat every time which is what they do and have done for the last fifty years or more.Fifty per cent of the people will never be able to pay enough taxes to support the other fifty per cent and that is a lie that has to be exposed.

you are right in a way on the first point, totally wrong on the second. It is not that the country has not gone left, more the political spectrum has slid right and economic realities have the country positioned on the left. The democratic party for its part want to be to the right in order to get the big, corporate dollars. It is the voters that want to stay left and by the party steadily inching right the party is sacrificing support in order to get paid.

That belief is steadily being eroded by today's economic realities. The worker are getting less and less while the employers look to increase profits by looking into the workers pockets. How many workers have two or three jobs and still have to go on government Assistance?
