Lets see Torres when sold wasnt in great form and hadnt been for sometime

Expecting him to just slot into another teams system,where he wasnt the main focal point as he was at Liverpool and become the catalyst for their rise to the top was ridiculous in the extreme.

Very few of the January signings have made a significant difference to any of their clubs overall position from what I can tell

What does it prove...you cant buy yourself the champions league..you can try but history shows us all too well big bucks for star players doesnt always equal a world beating cohesive unit on the pitch....thats something you build over time

Torres is starting to fascinate me and worry me in equal measures. Someone somewhere must be able to explain it but it looks like the biggest flop in history from where I am.

I think it's hilarious that QPR are so far in front now - what happened to the potential points deduction roaddogg etc were worried about. It wouldn't achieve anything now anyway by the end of the season there will be a twenty point gap anyway.

Anyone notice that the fa were handing out 'franchises' for the womens league - a sign of things to come? Keep the favoured few from the male game where they want them?

Also is it a coincidence that peter ridsdale leaves cardiff and they are on the verge of promotion?

I've got a suspicion that spurs will get three tonight. But i fancy madrid to turn over barcelona in the semi. There's an inevitability about Ronaldo v man united at wembley and mourinho against the bloke who's job he'll be taking over.

Did anyone see SSN last night?

When they put the final score on for the Forest game, the not very bright graphics man loaded the Notts County badge.

Total plop for the first half. The only bright spot was a 30 yard cracker from Jon Macken (watch out for that one). Otherwise, first half was complete crap.

The second half was much better. I know there's absolutely no chance of that, but I'm hoping Brighton serve up their worst performance of the season at the weekend. Here's hoping they have a promotion hangover and don't realise they could win the title on Saturday at our place.

We're out of the bottom four again. The only blot on the landscape is that Notts County have a game in hand over us, but the way they are performing at the minute they'll be lucky to get more than a draw against Tranmere.

The great escape is still on - up the Saddlers!

The hearing is on the 3rd May and the decision will be known on the 6th, one day before our last game of the season against Leeds, maybe the FA just wanna know how many points we're ahead before deducting them

From what a couple of mates have told me, one of the worst performances of the season.

At least the Skates lost to Coventry, so not all bad!!

RoadDogg there is no way they could justify taking say 20 points off you, maybe enough to take the title off you but that's all - would you care that much about the trophy?

If torres was the answer did chelsea mis-hear the question?

Just seen the Spurs game. I thought that they should've had at least one penalty in the first half.

As for Gomes' howler the less said the better.
