Just to add to Rogerbh's correct identification of Marlene Willoughby, the film this scene is from is Sweet Sweet Freedom AKA Hot Nurses (1976) which can be found on VEF here.

Her scene partner is none other than John Holmes.

A version of the scene can also be found in the later, built mostly from clips, The New York City Woman (1979) which can be found on VEF here.

Sweet Sweet Freedom has the complete & in context version while The New York City Woman has a cut down version but is better quality.
