With so many videos of unarmed blacks being shot by police, here is a video released years after the fact that shows a white US airman getting shot by a cop. Like all cops he got the benefit of the doubt and was acquitted. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W9s2efei8hA

A jumpy cop shoots a guy who hops out of his vehicle because of the angle of incline it was parked on. The lack of medical attention seems rather shocking to me, but I guess it is to be expected. At least he didn't die.

Think if I ever get into an accident, I am just going to stand on the side with my hands on my head.

It's the damn duty of a state, to finance their students a successful study to make them usually good tax payers and not persons addicted (by all what follows out of this situation) by banks and earning as good as nothing for life.
The difference is, first are paying the common good, second are for the existence in each case of a single bank (-for a bank-dealer !!! ).
