i tried to make an premium account. I charged my phone with 50€. so, i tried to make it and the message displayed in german " payment denied." So, i checked my phone. there where missing 40€. So, i am wondering: "Where is my fucking money?????"

I have a K2S account. Whenever I renew, I make sure that I cancel the automatic renew ability. I have noticed that K2S isn't as fast as filefactory and K2S has a dl limit of 20 gb per day. Other than that I've never had a problem with them. Except I can't seem to get my files to upload there.

Hi I have just had a 30 day subscription with them and cancelled as not to have to pay again, guess what....they took the money out again claiming they didn't.
When I contacted them they denied this anyway to cut a long story short I had to cancel my credit card and have a new one issued to stop them doing it again and again in future.....
CROOKS trust them at your peril....

can I +1 your post since you did mine. two of the last three posts have people being ripped off by them, obviously no one has a gun pointed at their head to force them to buy a premium account but while this host is in use there may still be people who are tempted to. It's no use waiting for it to fall apart on it's own.

I had an account, went by two months and then said "account denied - see blah blah" So I emailed and asked WTF? They said it was denied but if I would send a copy of my bank statement and credit card information they would straighten it out. Yep, I'm sure they sure would. I tried one of their secondary ways to pay, and the fees they charged are outrageous. Aside from that, downloading and uploading for me was fine... LOL!
