Attention: There is a prevalent email scam happening everywhere where the sender claims to have a password to a site and demands money in some form. Ignore it, do not respond and at most change passwords on any sites you frequent.

Effective immediately, moving or animated GIFs are not allowed in signatures. If your signature has one, please remove or replace it asap. Staff will remove them as and when we see them without notice.

Sincerest apologies to everyone for the recent blackout. VEF and several of our sister forums had a major server malfunction. The database index is being rebuilt from scratch and may take at least several days to be fully restored. Expect major weirdness and lots of glitches in the meantime. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.

Unfortunately it seems that all of the posts made from the 13th March until the crash are permanently lost, please feel free to re-post any such material, apologies for this.

Speeds for free downloads can be dramatically different. I free download regularly from several hosts and get the following speeds/wait-times - at the time of posting. Listed in order of speed: zippyshare - up to 1,1 mbs / no wait time / no wait between DLs putlocker - as above netkups - as above load.to - up to 800 kbs / 10 sec wait time / no wait between DLs DF - up to 150 kbs / 60 sec wait time / at least 1 hour wait between DLs FF - as above netload.in - as above HF - up to 160 kbs / 15 sec wait-time / 30 minutes between DLs share-online - up to 120 kbs / 30-60 sec wait-time / at least 1 hour wait between DLs lumfile - up to 60 bps / 60 sec wait time / at least 1 hour between DLs RG - as above uploaded.net - up to 50 bps / 60 sec wait time / often several hours between DLs What speeds do you get?
